New Haven police announce reward for information in killing of city man
NEW HAVEN — Police announced Tuesday that a $25,000 reward is being offered for
the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the the April
10, 2010 killing of Kenneth Thomas at Orchard and Charles streets.
